ENDÚR ASA BMO Entreprenør, where Endúr ASA has entered into an agreement to purchase all shares, as announced in the market in a stock exchange announcement on 19. october 2020, has signed 2 agreements, trigged by options, for work in 2021. One related to bridge maintenance for Innlandet county municipality and the other is related to a contract for the replacement of 4 bridges for Bane NOR. The total value is estimated at NOK 30 million. The option triggers for 2021 open up the possibilities for exercising corresponding options for the year 2022. Implementation of the share purchase agreement for BMO is subject to normal implementation conditions, including, but not limited to, competition approval, change of control consent from BMO Entreprenør's contracting parties, approval of Endúr's general meeting as well as neither party significantly breaches the agreement.
