Tigerstaden AS has today purchased 8,500,000 shares in Endúr ASA at a price per share of NOK 0.902. Post the purchase Tigerstaden AS together with affiliated parties owns 62,843,982 shares, which equals 5.53% of the shares and votes in Endúr ASA and has thereby reached the 5% threshold.
