The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration, the Company's share capital has increased from NOK 4,981,120.35 to NOK 6,022,791.94, divided into a total of 602,279,194 shares, by the issuance of 104,167,159 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01. The new shares will all be redelivered to the share lenders in the Private Placement, and are expected to be delivered and registered in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository on or about 18 November 2020. A total of 99,124,297 of the new shares are expected to be listed and tradable from 18 November 2020. The remaining portion of the new shares (total of 5,042,862) will be registered on a separate ISIN and only be listed and tradeable on the Oslo Stock Exchange following publication of a listing prospectus which will be prepared by the Company and approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, expected to take place in December 2020/January 2021.
