• The Endesa Foundation and W2A Management programme will select the 18 students with the best academic and sporting profiles to benefit from a preparation process for obtaining a scholarship at Anglo-Saxon universities (United States, Canada, England, Ireland or Scotland), valued at 4,000 euros each.

'Uni Dream' the programme from the Endesa Foundation, in collaboration with W2A Management and with the support of Bankinter and Volvo, returns for its third consecutive year. It is aimed at young people with academic and sporting talents who have an interest in studying at the English-speaking university of their choice (USA, Canada, England, Ireland or Scotland). 'Uni Dream' is a further sign of the Endesa Foundation's clear commitment to fostering the talent of our young people, providing opportunities while fostering the culture of effort.

In March, participants will take a simulation of the SATs (Scholastic's Aptitudes Test) with various general knowledge tests and will be able to attend the 'Uni Dream' open days in April and May in Valencia and Bilbao and at the headquarters of Endesa in Madrid, Barcelona and Seville. The list of students selected to participate in the final phase will be released in mid-May.

Finally, in an event that is planned to be held in June at the Endesa headquarters in Madrid, 18 winners with the best academic or sporting profiles will be chosen, who will be prepared to qualify for a scholarship to study at the English-speaking university of their choice, providing them with academic guidance to develop their skills and positioning profile. The Endesa Foundation will present 14 of them with the 'Iluminamos Talento Awards', of which seven will be exclusively intended for female basketball player students, and the other seven for profiles of excellence in the academic field.

In addition to the winners, all young people who decide to participate will also receive academic and competitive guidance from professionals from different sectors to learn about the requirements and possibilities of studying at one of these universities, and to help them choose the career that best fits their profile.
