The Management Board of ENEA S.A. ('Issuer') hereby informs that on 7 January 2019 the Issuer and the companies Energa S.A. ('Energa') and PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. ('PGE') commenced talks which may result in PGE's engagement in the project of constructing the Ostrołęka C Power Plant which is currently being implemented by the Issuer and Energa.
