In December 2021, Ubiquitous Energy, Inc. closed the transaction. The company has received an aggregate of $30,000,000 in the transaction and $22,000,000 in its second and final tranche closing. The transaction included participation from both new and existing investors, including ENEOS Holdings, Inc., Andersen Corporation, Safar Partners LLC, Host-Plus Pty.
