Energisa Transmissão acquired lot 12 at Aneel auction
Energisa S.A. ("Energisa") and its subsidiary Energisa Transmissão de Energia S.A. ("ETE"), in compliance with article 157, paragraph 4, of Law 6,404, issued December 15, 1976, as amended and CVM Resolution 44/ 2021, issued August 23, 2021, which revoked CVM Instruction No. 358, issued January 3, 2002, informs its shareholders and the market in general, that on this date, ETE acquired lot 12 in the transmission auction held by the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL), at stock Exchange B3, as follows:

The lot won by Energisa, which already has a presence in the State of Amazonas, will provide services to the metropolitan region of Manaus. According to the contract, the company will have to carry out works until 2027 for the construction of a transmission line with 12.9 kilometers with 230kv, connecting the Mauá 3 and Manaus substations.
With this acquisition, the Company now has a portfolio of 12 (twelve) transmission projects, further expanding its operations in the transmission segment and maintaining its commitment to business diversification, with a view to being an ecosystem of energy services prepared for the energy transition with a focus on improving infrastructure, delivering more capacity and security in the transmission of the National Interconnected System (SIN) and more return for our shareholders.
