NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Aneel approval for the acquisition of 100% of Gemini

Energisa S.A. ("Energisa") and its subsidiary Energisa Transmissão de Energia S.A. ("ETE"), in compliance with article 157, paragraph 4, of Law 6,404, issued on December 15, 1976, as amended and CVM Resolution 44/ 2021, issued August 23, 2021, which revoked CVM Instruction No. 358, issued on January 3, 2002, and in continuation of the Material Fact disclosed on February 17, 2022, informs its shareholders and the market in general, that on this date the National Electric

Energy Agency ("ANEEL") published in the Official Gazette of the Union the order of consent for the transfer of indirect corporate control of the energy transmission concessionaires controlled by Gemini Energy S.A. for Energisa Transmissão.

The closing of the acquisition is still subject to the fulfillment of certain other conditions precedent, as is customary in transactions of the same nature.
