Aneel approves tariff readjustment for ERO and EAC

Pursuant to CVM Directive 358 issued January 3, 2002, ENERGISA S.A. ("Energisa" or "Company") hereby announces that at an ordinary public meeting of the board held on this date, the National Electricity Regulatory Agency ("Aneel") approved the rate readjustment of of Energisa Rondônia ("ERO") and Energisa Acre ("EAC"), to be applied as of December 13, 2021, as shown below:

The annual rate readjustment process consists of passing through to consumers the unmanageable concession costs (Parcel A - energy purchases, sector charges and transmission charges) and adjusting the manageable costs (Parcel B) by the change in the IPCA price index minus the X Factor, which passes through to consumers the annual productivity gains made by the concession operator.

Energisa Rondônia

The change in Parcel A costs was + 7.24%, amounting to R$ 1,111.1 million, primarily impacted by the decrease of 74.24% in Sector Charges due to the beginning of payment of the Covid Account loan. The average pass-through price of energy purchase contracts ("PMix") was set at R$ 177.49/MWh.

The change in the Parcel B was 4.90%, amounting to R$ 696.5 million, reflecting the inflation accumulated (IPCA) since the last readjustment of 10.38%, minus the X Factor, of - 0.60%.

Energisa Acre

The change in Parcel A costs was + 13.75%, amounting to R$ 338.8 million, primarily impacted by the decrease of 52.32 in Sector Charges due to the beginning of payment of the Covid Account loan. The average pass-through price of energy purchase contracts ("PMix") was set at R$ 169.80/MWh.

The change in the Parcel B was 6.05%, amounting to R$ 312.0 million, reflecting the inflation accumulated (IPCA) since the last readjustment of 10.38%, minus the X Factor, of - 0.69%.
