NOTICE TO THE MARKET
CADE approval for the acquisition of SPE Paranaíta
Energisa S.A. ("Energisa") and its subsidiary Energisa Transmissão de Energia S.A. ("ETE"), in compliance with article 157, paragraph 4, of Law 6,404, issued December 15, 1976, as amended and CVM Resolution 44/ 2021, issued August 23, 2021, which revoked CVM Instruction No. 358, issued January 3, 2002, informs its shareholders and the market in general, that on this date the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) has published in the Official Government Press its unreserved approval of Concentration Act 08700.006865/2021-37, in which it examined the acquisition of the share control of Geogroup Paranaíta Transmissora de Energia SPE S.A.("SPE Paranaíta") by Energisa Transmissão de Energia S.A. under the acquisition disclosed in a Press Release on December 02, 2021.
This decision is still subject to appeal or judicial review of the concentration act for the term of 15 days as from publication in the Official Government Press. If no such appeal or review is filed within this period, the decision will become final and unappealable.
