Resignation and appointment of Company Secretary

Energy Resources of Australia (ERA) announces that Mr James O'Connell has resigned as Company Secretary of ERA with effect from the close of business today.
ERA is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Shanelle English as Legal Counsel & Company Secretary, also with effect from the close of business today.
