Enertronica, court grants permission for emergency finance

(Alliance News) - Enertronica Santerno Spa on Tuesday evening informed that the Court of Bologna has authorized the company to contract "predeductible finance" with illimity Bank Spa for the total amount of EUR10.0 million compared to just under EUR10.8 million initially requested.

The disbursement of "predeductible finance" consists of factoring lines up to the maximum amount of EUR2 million, a specific endorsement credit line up to the maximum amount of EUR1.8 million aimed at the settlement of VAT Credit, and finally medium-long term "urgent finance" for cash up to the maximum amount of EUR6.3 million.

Enertronica closed Tuesday's session flat at EUR0.83 per share
