NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Rio de Janeiro, October 17, 2017 - A ENEVA S.A. ("ENEVA" or "Company") (B3: ENEV3, GDR I: ENEVY), pursuant to article 12 of CVM Instruction 358/2002 and concerning the Notice to the Market released on October 13, 2017, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has received a rectification of statement of acquisition of relevant equity interest by Bullseye I LLC ("Bullseye"), Bullseye Master I Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Não Padronizados ("Bullseye FIDC"), BSOF Master Fund L.P. ("BSOF"), BSOF Master Fund II L.P. ("BSOF II" and, together with Bullseye, Bullseye FIDC, BSOF, "Vehicles").
The Vehicles clarified that:
Bullseye's equity interest in the Company is six million eight hundred and forty seven thousand five hundred and twenty one (6,847,521) common shares, representing 2.2% of the Company's total share capital;
Bullseye FIDC's equity interest in the Company is three million five hundred and four thousand seven hundred (3,504,700) common shares, representing 1.1% of the Company's total share capital;
BSOF's economic exposure to the Company's common shares is four million nine hundred and fifty thousand (4,950,000) common shares, representing 1.6% of the Company's total share capital, held through exclusive cash settled swap;
BSOF II's economic exposure to the Company's common shares is one million eight hundred thousand (1,800,000) common shares, representing 0.6% of the Company's total share capital, held through exclusive cash settled swap.
Considering the above, the total economic exposure of the Vehicles in the Company is, in fact, seventeen million one hundred and two thousand two hundred and twenty one (17,102,221) common shares, representing 5.4% of the Company's total share capital. Nevertheless, the Vehicles hold, in aggregate, direct and indirect, ten million three hundred and fifty two thousand two hundred and twenty one (10,352,221) common shares, representing 3.2% of the Company's total share capital.
