NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Rio de Janeiro, October 13, 2017 - A ENEVA S.A. ("ENEVA" or "Company") (B3: ENEV3, GDR I: ENEVY), pursuant to article 12 of CVM Instruction 358/2002, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has received a joint statement by Bullseye I LLC ("Bullseye"), Bullseye Master I Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Não Padronizados ("Bullseye FIDC"), BSOF Master Fund L.P. ("BSOF"), BSOF Master Fund II L.P. ("BSOF II") that, through the acquisition of six million seven hundred fifty thousand (6,750,000) common shares, the their aggregate, direct and indirect equity interest in the Company reached, on October 6, 2017, seventeen million one hundred and two thousand two hundred and twenty one (17,102,221) common shares, representing 5.4% of the Company's total share capital, as detailed below:

BSOF is the sole member of Bullseye, which is the sole quotaholder of the Bullseye FIDC. BSOF II is an affiliate of BSOF and managed by Blackstone Alternative Solutions L.L.C., the investment adviser of BSOF.
Bullseye, Bullseye FIDC, BSOF e BSOF II jointly declare that:
The purposes of the acquisitions made by Bullseye, the Bullseye FIDC, BSOF and BSOF II are solely of investing in the Company, not aiming at changing the Company's control or management structure;
None of Bullseye, the Bullseye FIDC, BSOF and BSOF II hold, directly or indirectly, any other securities issued by the Company referenced on its shares Additionally, none of Bullseye, the Bullseye FIDC, BSOF and BSOF II hold any derivative financial instruments, of settlement or delivery, linked to the Company's shares;
None of Bullseye, the Bullseye FIDC, BSOF and BSOF II have executed any agreement that regulates voting rights or sale and purchase of securities issued by the Company.
