"We have finally left behind the judicial reorganization procedure. Today Enjoy is a financially solid company. We were able to get access to financial market, and reach pre-pandemic EBIDTA levels, with better margins and 1Q good results, which makes us all proud as a team.

In the recent bidding process we decided to go for the renovation of 4 units. We firmly believe in continuing to grow and maintain our leadership in the entertainment industry in Latin America. In 2021 we delivered the promised investment projects in Viña del Mar, and at the beginning of 2022 we did with Coquimbo, managing to significantly raise the standard of both casinos. Today we are about to hand over the works in Pucón, also transforming the hotel into a 5-star hotel.

Today, in the midst of a positive merger process, that we are sure will bring great growth prospects for Enjoy, we also have our sights set on online gambling, a relevant complement to our physical units, where our EnjoyWin digital platform already has an advantage for becoming one of the relevant players in this business in the future".
