Thanks to ENKA's local employment and local procurement policies, the expenditures made by the ENKA projects are returned to the society. ENKA increases social welfare in the regions where it operates, and contributes to the development of local economies, through local employment and procurement opportunities, created by its direct workforce and its subcontractors in the oil, gas and petrochemical, power plants, infrastructure and building projects.

Accordingly, the direct local economy contribution of ENKA projects through local suppliers exceeded USD 675 million in 2021.
