Enka Insaat ve Sanayi : Nizhnekamsk 495 MW CCPP Progress

ENKA with its consortium partner Siemens, within the framework of the Nizhnekamsk 495 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Thermal Power Plant project in Tatarstan, the Russian Federation, made 92% progress for the overall construction works as of April 7^th 2021. Procurement and design works were almost completed. 2 gas turbines, 1 steam turbine, 3 generators, 3 step up transformers, 2 HRSGs, wet type natural draft cooling tower (88 mt high), 2 natural gas compressors, 2 syngas compressors and all BOP equipment erection was completed as well. Landscaping and road works are currently ongoing. Back Feed Energization from reserve auxiliary transformer was achieved as a major project accomplishment. Start-up and commissioning works are continuing intensively to achieve next major milestone of project, the first fire.
