EnLink Midstream Appoints Two New Directors to Board

EnLink Midstream, LLC announced the appointment of two new directors to its Board of Directors, one from Global Infrastructure Partners and one from TPG Capital. The new directors replace existing directors from each firm on EnLink's Board. EnLink has appointed Richard P. Schifter and Scott E. Telesz to the company's Board. Richard Schifter will serve on the Board as a designee of an affiliate of TPG under a previously disclosed Board Representation Agreement and will replace Christopher Ortega, the previous TPG designee. Scott Telesz, who is an Operating Partner at GIP, will replace William A. Woodburn, a Partner with GIP, who is retiring from the Board. Schifter currently serves on the board of directors of LPL Financial Holdings Inc., Avianca Holdings, S.A. and ProSight Global Inc. Telesz currently serves on the board of directors of Hess Midstream GP LLC and of Edinburgh Airport.
EnLink Midstream, LLC provides integrated midstream infrastructure services for natural gas, crude oil, condensate, and NGLs, as well as CO2 transportation for carbon capture and sequestration (CCS). The Companyâs segments include Permian, which includes its natural gas gathering, processing, and transmission activities and its crude oil operations in the Midland and Delaware Basins in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico; Louisiana, which includes its natural gas and NGL transmission pipelines, natural gas processing plants, natural gas and NGL storage facilities, and fractionation facilities located in Louisiana; Oklahoma, which includes its natural gas gathering, processing, and transmission activities, and its crude oil operations in the Cana-Woodford, Arkoma-Woodford, northern Oklahoma Woodford, STACK, and adjacent areas, and North Texas, which includes natural gas gathering, processing, and transmission activities in North Texas.
