Enphase Energy, Inc. (NasdaqGM:ENPH) agreed to acquire GreenCom Networks AG on August 29, 2022. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022.
