Each Warrant B will be converted into one new share in the Company upon approval of such exercise by the board of directors in the Company and payment of the exercise price of NOK 0.25 per share.

On 20 August 2021, Marc O'Polo Norge AS, close associate of Morten Opstad, exercised 144,432 Warrants B in the Company, the total exercise price of which is NOK 36,108.
