Entra renews and terminates contract with Yara

Norwegian real estate company Entra has renewed a lease agreement with fertilizer giant Yara in Skøyen, Oslo.

The new lease agreement for approximately 11,200 square meters at Drammensveien 131 will run for ten years, starting in the first quarter of 2027.

In connection with this renewal, Entra has terminated its previous lease agreement with Yara at Verkstedveien 1, also in Skøyen. Entra announced this earlier in March.

The largest owners of Entra are the Swedish real estate companies Balder and Castellum.
