EnviroGold Global Limited is a Canada-based clean technology company. The Company uses proprietary technologies to reduce the environmental liabilities of waste from mining projects while maximizing returns for its shareholders. The Company is engaged in reprocessing and remediating mine waste (tailings) to recover precious, critical and strategic metals, including gold, silver, copper, zinc and nickel. The Company’s operations consist of a single operating segment of recovering precious, critical, and strategic metals from resource waste solutions, while remediating or removing key environmental contaminants including, if present, arsenic, mercury and lead. It is developing its first commercial deployment at Hellyer Gold Mine in Tasmania, Australia with several other projects in commercial negotiation. The Hellyer Mine produced 15 million tons of ore. There are approximately 9.25 million tons of material to be reprocessed.
