E.ON CFO Marc Spieker, who has been in office since 2017, has been given a new role.

The Supervisory Board has appointed him Chief Operating Officer Commercial with effect from June 1, 2024, the Group announced on Tuesday. Spieker succeeds the outgoing Board of Management member Patrick Lammers. He will also take over the management of the Customer Solutions division. The new Chief Financial Officer will be Nadia Jakobi, currently Chairwoman of the Management Board of the trading unit E.ON Energy Markets.
