The Rights Issue and the Directed Share Issue have resulted in changes in the company's number of shares and votes. Through the final registration of the Rights Issue, the number of shares has increased by 250,000 B-shares, and the number of votes has increased by 250,000. Through the final registration of the Directed Issue, the number of shares has increased by 6,666,666 B-shares, and the number of votes has increased by 6,666,666.
The total number of shares amounts to 185,029,787, of which 971,024 are A shares, and 184,058,763 are B shares. The total number of votes after the conversions amounts to 186,971,835. The share capital has increased by SEK 2,076,756.17 and now amounts to SEK 55,555,921.25.
