EPP N.V. announced that shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS and published on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on: 4 December 2017 wherein shareholders were advised that EPP would acquire 12 shopping centres consisting of 8 Metro branded shopping centres and 4 Power Parks, with the third tranche of properties (comprising 4 Power Parks situated in Olsztyn, Tychy, Kielce and Opole, with a total GLA of 110 000 m2) ("tranche 3 of the Metro portfolio") contractually set to be acquired in June 2020; and 20 October 2020 wherein shareholders were advised that the closing of the purchase of tranche 3 of the Metro portfolio was extended until June 2021 and that the purchase price for tranche 3 of the Metro Portfolio was reduced to 106 million. The conditions precedent for the purchase of tranche 3 of the Metro portfolio have now been fulfilled and the acquisition of tranche 3 of the Metro portfolio completed on 11 March 2021. The acquisition has been funded from available cash reserves and new debt funding of EUR 45 million (project LTV of 42.5%).
