Banzai S.p.A. comunica che il Consiglio di Amministrazione chiamato ad approvare il resoconto Intermedio di Gestione al 30 settembre 2016 e il nuovo piano strategico si terrà il 9 novembre anziché il 10 novembre 2016.

Si informa che alle ore 11,30 (CET) del 10 novembre si terrà una presentazione nella sede di Banzai durante la quale il management presenterà i risultati al 30 settembre 2016 e il nuovo piano strategico. Sarà possibile seguire la presentazione anche in conference call.

BANZAI: CHANGE IN 2016 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Banzai S.p.A announces that Banzai Board of Directors' meeting to approve the company's results for the period ended 30 September 2016 and the new Strategic plan is scheduled on November 9th instead of November 10th, 2016.

Banzai informs that a presentation will be held in Banzai Headquarter on the following day - November 10th - at 11.30 (CET), during which Banzai management will present results as of September, 30th as well as the Strategic plan. The presentation can be followed also in conference call.
