Eprice : Dimissioni di un membro del CDA

ePRICE S.p.A. (la "Società̀"), comunica che l'ing. Roberta Vercellotti ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni dalla carica di Consigliere di Amministrazione della Società per sopravvenute e impreviste motivazioni personali. Le dimissioni decorrono da oggi stesso.

L'ing. Vercellotti è amministratore non esecutivo. Sulla base delle comunicazioni effettuate alla Società̀e al pubblico, l'ing. Vercellotti non risulta detenere, al momento delle sue dimissioni, direttamente e/o indirettamente azioni della Società̀.

Il Presidente e Amministratore Delegato Paolo Ainio, anche a nome del Consiglio di Amministrazione e del Collegio Sindacale, formula a Roberta Vercellotti i migliori auguri per le sue future attività.

ePRICE S.p.A. (the "Company"), announces that Mrs. Roberta Vercellotti has resigned from her position as Board Member of the Company for unforeseen and unexpected personal reasons, with effect from today, May 14, 2019.

Mrs. Vercellotti is non-executive director. On the basis of the communications to the Company and to public markets, Mrs. Vercellotti does not hold, at the time of his resignation, directly and / or indirectly shares of the Company.

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Paolo Ainio, also on behalf of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, wishes Roberta Vercellotti the best for her professional future.
