The Company uses retail, industrial-logistics, and office commercial properties related to industrial-logistics real estate by renting or subleasing within the scope of its main activity. Part of the Company's activities is to renovate and develop the properties it owns, modify the way the properties are used, create new tenants and customers, and create a rental area according to the needs of the tenants.
