From April 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021, the company has repurchased 141,015 shares, representing 0.59% for $0.57 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 264,215 shares, representing 1.1% for $1.06 million under the buyback announced on December 28, 2020.
Epsilon Energy Ltd. is an onshore focused independent natural gas and oil company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development, gathering and production of natural gas and oil reserves.
