STOCKHOLM--Swedish private-equity firm EQT AB on Tuesday made three appointments to its executive committee, including Suzanne Donohoe as Chief Commercial Officer.

Ms. Donohoe will lead a newly-formed platform to drive EQT's external commercial activities outside of its investment strategies, the company said. She was most recently a partner and global head of strategic growth at KKR & Co., having previously held various roles at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and will start at EQT in January 2023.

Gustav Segerberg also joins the executive committee having previously served on EQT's capital raising & client relations team and as head of business development.

Ricardo Reyes will oversee global communications & external affairs after recently joining EQT full-time, it said.

The changes follow Morten Hummelmose's decision to step down as head of the company's capital-raising efforts. He will remain a member of the EQT Foundation and be part of its investment committee, EQT added.
