NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS PAYMENT OF INTEREST ON EQUITY
We hereby inform our shareholders that the Board of Directors Meeting and Fiscal Council Meeting held on December 26, 2016 approved the payment of interest on equity ("IoE"). The IoE payment date shall be determined subsequently, when the payment of dividends for the year ended December 31, 2016 is resolved; said payment will not be subject to monetary restatement or any other remuneration.
Amount of Interest on Equity: The Company's shareholders will be paid the total gross amount of R$ 55,629,270.76 (fifty-five million, six hundred and twenty-nine thousand, two-hundred and seventy reais and seventy-six cents) as interest on equity, corresponding to R$0.28 (twenty- eight cents) per share.
Shareholders Base: The Shareholders who will be entitled to receive interest on equity are those that appear in the Company's shareholder base as of today.
The Company's shares will be traded ex-IoE on December 27, 2016. Taxation: Interest on equity will be subject to withholding income tax.
