PUBLICATION OF THE NOTICE OF CALL FOR THE ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING AND MEETINGS' DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING THE 2020 ANNUAL REPORT

Equita Group S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that the notice of call for the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders'

Meeting, convened at the Company's registered office in Milan, via Filippo Turati no. 9, in single call, on 29 April 2021, at 14:00, was published on the Company's websitewww.equita.eu (Corporate Governance section, Shareholders' Meeting area) and on the authorised storage system eMarket Storagewww.emarketstorage.com. The abstract of the notice of call will be published, pursuant to applicable law, on the newspaper Il Giornale on 30 March 2021.

Pursuant to the provisions foreseen by the applicable law, the Company informs that shareholders are allowed to participate to the Meeting through the appointed representative only. This decision has been taken to minimise risks related to the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. For further information about shareholders' participation, please refer to the full notice of call available to the public.

The Company also informs that the documentation of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting - including the 2020 Annual Report (which includes the Draft Separate and Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020, the Directors' Report, the declaration of the manager in charge of the preparation of the Company's financial statements, the Board of Statutory Auditors' Report and the External Audit Firm's Report), the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure and the Report on Remuneration - was published and made available to the public at the Company's registered office in Milan, Via Filippo Turati no. 9, on the Company's websitewww.equita.eu (Corporate Governance section, Shareholders' Meeting area) and on the authorised storage system eMarket Storagewww.emarketstorage.com.
