Eramet announces that its board of directors, meeting following the ordinary and extraordinary general meeting held on Monday, has appointed Paulo Castellari as the group's new chief executive officer, with immediate effect.

This appointment brings into effect the separation of the roles of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, with Christel Bories being reappointed as Chairwoman of the Board for a four-year term.

The shareholders of the metals group approved all the proposed resolutions, including the distribution of a dividend of €1.50 per share for 2024, which will be detached on 2 June and paid on 4 June.
