Company executives were authorized by the Company to initiate negotiations with Yıldız Holding A.Ş. and Gözde Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. to buy the shares of Kümaş Manyezit Sanayi A.Ş., market leader of Turkey's refractory industry.
It is planned to submit a binding offer by our Company after the due diligence regarding financial, legal and operational processes of Kümaş Manyezit Sanayi A.Ş. which has been operating in Kütahya since 1972 and joined Yıldız Holding A.Ş. in 2012.
Developments regarding these works and negotiations will be announced to our investors via the Public Disclosure Platform in accordance with the Communique on Material Events Disclosure numbered II-15.1.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
