As suggested by the Evaluation and selection committee for the granting of recognitions in 2018, in the category of large companies the recognition was granted to Ericsson Nikola Tesla.

The company regularly implements a whole range of quality measures, such as: aid for children with severe developmental disabilities, daycare in the vicinity of the work place, flexible working hours, a day off for a prenatal check-up appointment, breaks for breastfeeding, parental leave for fathers, scholarships for children of deceased employees, as well as many others. This affirms the company's commitment to fostering a responsible relationship towards its employees. 'Our plan is to continue developing models for supporting parents, encourage gender equality in all programs, and quickly adapt to new circumstances and requirements in accordance with the parents' needs,' said Gordana Kovačević, President of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, while expressing her appreciation to the Ministry for the granted recognition.
