Ernest Borel Holdings Limited announced that Xiong Wei has tendered his resignation as Executive Director of the Company and a member of each of the remuneration committee, nomination committee, executive committee and investment committee of the Company with effect from 20 April 2021 due to his desire to devote more time to his other business engagements.
