ERWE Immobilien AG: Change in the Supervisory Board

• Dr. Olaf Hein to resign after the Annual General Meting
• Volker Lemke, board member of Elbstein AG, proposed to be newly elected to the Supervisory Board

Frankfurt/M., 15 April 2021. Dr. Olaf Hein, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ERWE Im- mobilien AG (ISIN DE000A1X3WX6), Frankfurt/M. since the end of 2017, will resign from his post following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the company. Dr. Hein has announced his intention to leave his office for personal reasons. The Supervisory Board proposes to the Annual General Meeting that is due to take place on May 25, 2021 to elect Volker Lemke as a member to the Supervisory Board. Mr. Lemke and Dr. Hein currently form the board of management of Elbstein AG, Hamburg.

Before joining the management board of Elbstein AG, Volker Lemke has been holding a number of senior management positions, such as at Deutsche Real Estate AG and at Colonia Real Estate.
