Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below)	Cessation of Mr. Christopher Low Chee Leng ("Mr. Christopher") as Executive Director and the redesignation of Mr. Christopher, from his designation as Chief Operating Officer, to Business Development Manager responsible for overseeing the Group's overseas business developments. Canaccord Genuity Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Sponsor"), after having interviewed Mr. Christopher, is satisfied that other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Christopher as Executive Director and the redesignation of Mr. Christopher. To ensure continued smooth functioning of the Group subsequent to Mr. Christopher's redesignation to Business Development Manager, Mr. Low Chee Wee, the Chief Executive Officer, will expand his scope of duty to assume the role of a Chief Operating Officer to oversee the operations of the Group, with the support of the current operations team. This announcement has been prepared by the Company and its contents have been reviewed by the Sponsor for compliance with the relevant rules of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX­ST").
