ES GROUP (HOLDINGS) LIMITED (Company Registration No.: 200410497Z) (Incorporated in the Republic of Singapore) NOTICE OF BOOK CLOSURE AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of ES Group (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on 22 August 2014 for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlements to the interim one-tier tax exempt dividend of 0.20 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31

December 2014 ("Interim Dividend").
Duly completed and stamped registrable transfer of ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares") received by the Company's share registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623, up to 5.00 p.m. on 22 August 2014 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the Interim Dividend.
Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the Shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 22 August 2014 will be entitled to the Interim Dividend.
The Interim Dividend will be paid on or about 4 September 2014.
