Esprinet S p A : Publication of the key information relating to shareholder agreements

Publication of essential information updated pursuant to art. 131, paragraph 1, of the Consob Regulation adopted with resolution no. 11971 of 14 May 1999 as subsequently amended and supplemented (the "Issuers' Regulation").

Vimercate (Monza Brianza), 21 May 2021 - Pursuant to art. 131, paragraph 1, of the Issuers' Regulation, we inform you that there there has been a change in the parties of the Agreement, following the consolidation on 17 May 2021, in the New Members of the Agreement, of full ownership of the Esprinet shares conferred to the Agreement by Francesco Monti (already holder of the related usufruct right).

The amendment of the parties to the Agreement was communicated to Consob and filed at the Office of the Register of Companies of Milan-MonzaBrianza-Lodi today.

We inform that the essential information provided for in articles 130 and 131, paragraph 1 of the Issuers' Regulation, has been published on the Esprinet website at www.esprinet.com, section Investors/Documents and is also available on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" (www.emarketstorage.com).
