Aggiornamento sullo stato di attuazione del piano di acquisto azioni proprie
Vimercate (Monza e Brianza), 26 aprile 2021 - In attuazione della delibera dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti 7 aprile 2021 ed in esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie annunciato da Esprinet S.p.A. lo scorso 19 aprile, Esprinet comunica di avere complessivamente acquistato, tramite Mediobanca S.p.A., dal 20 aprile 2021 al 23 aprile 2021, n 382.795 azioni ordinarie Esprinet S.p.A., corrispondenti allo 0,75% del capitale sociale, ad un prezzo medio unitario pari a 13,5576 euro per azione.
Di seguito, sulla base delle informazioni fornite dall'intermediario, il dettaglio degli acquisti effettuati nel periodo sopra indicato:

Update on the execution of the own share purchase plan
Vimercate (MB), April 26th, 2021 - Following the Shareholders Meeting's resolution of April 7th, 2021, executing the Share Purchase Plan announced on April 19th, Esprinet communicates the purchase of a total of 382,795 ordinary shares of Esprinet S.p.A. (i.e. 0.75% of total share capital), through Mediobanca S.p.A., between April 20th, 2021 and April 23rd, 2021, for an average purchase price of euro 13.5576 per share.
