The AMCHAM CSR Excellence (ACE) program was established to raise corporate social responsibility commitment, share best practices, and provide recognition to AMCHAM members who have conducted business to create long-term economic and social value.

The award was in recognition of activities in assistance during Covid-19 pandemic situation which included Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) donation to needed hospitals such as Bamrasnaradura Infectious Diseases Institute, Namphong Hospital, Ubonratana Hospital, Chonburi Hospital and Queen Savang Vadhana Memorial Hospital; the giving of 4,000 reusable masks to deliverymen at selected Esso service stations; donation of necessity items and cash in assistance to children in Klong Toey Community; donation of survival bags to communities surrounding Esso Sriracha Refinery during Covid-19 situation on the volunteer program 'Day of Caring', and donation in partnership with Esso customers via 'Smile' loyalty program to the Thai Red Cross for medical supplies.
