Exchange of Thailand that Mrs. Pantip Sripimol has resigned from the Independent
 Director position with effect from November 16, 2021.

The Board will consider the election of Independent Director to replace 
resigning Independent Director at the Board of Directors' meeting scheduled to
be held on November 29, 2021.
