Estun Automation Co., Ltd (SZSE:002747) agreed to acquire the remaining 25.93% stake in Nanjing Ai'erfa Electrohydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. from Estun International Limited for CNY 2.3 million on August 8, 2016. After the completion, Estun Automation Co., Ltd will directly own 100% stake in Nanjing Ai'erfa Electrohydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. The transaction was approved by the Board of Estun Automation Co., Ltd in the 21st session of the 2nd directorate held on August 8, 2016.
