Etex NV is a global building material manufacturer and pioneer in lightweight construction. Etex NV wants to inspire people around the world to build living spaces that are ever more safe, sustainable, smart and beautiful. It operates more than 110 production sites in 42 countries and has 6 R&D centers around the world. The activity is organized around four global sales divisions:

- Building Performance: dry construction solutions including plasterboards and fiber cement boards, plasters and formulated products, passive fire protection and associated products;

- Exteriors: a range of aesthetic fiber cement materials for use in agriculture, architectural and residential exteriors;

- Industry: fire protection and high performance insulation products for the construction and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) industries;

- New Ways: high-tech offsite modular solutions based on wood and steel framing.

Revenues are distributed geographically as follows: France (18.7%), Germany (15.8%), the United Kingdom (13%), Benelux (6.6%), Poland (4.8%), Spain (4.4%), other European countries (15.1%), Chile (3.4%), Nigeria (2.8%) and rest of the world (15.4%).
