NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the "Board") of ETS Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on 6 May 2022 (Friday) for the purpose of, among other matters, considering and approving the unaudited first quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended 31 March 2022, and considering the payment of interim dividend, if any, and closure of the register of members, if necessary.
