Eugenus, Inc. announced that it has issued 24,137,707 common shares for gross proceeds of KRW 22,293,827,617 on December 8, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Eugene Technology Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A084370). The securities are issued under share allocation method. The company share capital before capital increase is 99,700,000 common shares. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors.
Eugene Technology Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of semiconductor equipment. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Semiconductor Equipment segment produces single wafer low pressure chemical vapor deposition equipment used in semiconductor device production and provides single wafer type solutions. The Semiconductor Industrial Gas Semiconductor Material segment manufactures and sells chemicals used for thin film deposition during the entire semiconductor process. The Other segment produces and supplies raw and subsidiary materials.
