Waterloo’s management team is rolling over a significant stake as part of this transaction.
Jason Shiver, Chief Executive Officer of Waterloo Sparkling Water, will continue to lead the company alongside Chief Operating Officer Jeff Arnold. Stephen Sadove will join Waterloo Sparkling Water board as Non-Executive Chairman and Jerry Levin will join as a board of director.
