European Reliance General Insurance S A : Alter Ego Facilities Management - Supporting the Project “ACT45” of ActionAid

Alter Ego Facilities Management, member of EUROPEAN RELIANCE Group of Companies, undersigned an Agreement for its co-operation with ActionAid.

The agreement marks the support of Alter Ego to the project 'ACT45' of ActionAid, aiming at the participation of unemployed adults with minimum specialization, aged over 45 years old, in training opportunities, through co-operation schemes and entities of the Civil Society, employers and training organizations. It is worth noting that this specific project is supported by the European Commission within the framework of Erasmus+.

Alter Ego Facilities Management encourages the mentality of Diversity & Inclusion in the working spaces and fully endorses the objective of this action, which is actually the creation of a framework of co-operation, between the entities of the Civil Society, the employers, training bodies, the encouragement of unemployed over 45 years old with deficient training, to participate in life-long learning schemes.

For Alter Ego, factors such as age, lack of training or diversity, must not stand as an obstacle in the labor rights and the social contribution rights. All people have the right be productive, with equal opportunities, education and support.

The Company will continue to participate and support such type of initiatives, to contribute to the development and training of people, regardless of their social or age group.
