European Reliance Group of Companies, stable in its principles for the development of Renewable Energy Sources as a means of sustainable development, has acquired 100% of the share capital of AEM ENERGY SYSTEMS P.C. with a total acquisition cost of euro 835.500.

Through this market, the Group now owns a photovoltaic park in Larissa Prefecture, with a rated power of 0.5 MWh, which is interconnected to the PPC medium voltage network.

With this acquisition, which will be added to the existing photovoltaic park on the roof of the GroupΆs headquarters, the Group becomes a green energy producer. Adaptation to the new investment and development standards, is a strategic decision that is directly linked to the energy standard ISO 50001: 2011, which the Group is certified.

The Group sets new boundaries in its operations, reduces its carbon footprint and demonstrates its commitment to sustainable development with transparency and responsibility.
